Was born in 1952 in the city of Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
In 1979 – graduated architectural faculty of the Kiev State Art institute. Now National Academy of Arts and Architecture.
Since 1980 – has been teaching at National Academy of Arts and Architecture on theory, history of architecture and synthesis of arts department (more than 30 years).
Since 1982 has been a member of National Union Architecture of Ukraine.
Participant and Laureate of more then tens State creative competitions.
In 1989 was awarded Ukrainian N. Ostrovskiy prize Laureate for creation of architectural and artistic museum complex, in the Motherland romantic-writer N.Trublaini.
From 1987 to 1990 the deputy director and the Main architect of projects in architectural and art firm "Spektr".
Since 1990 (to the present) - Director and Main architect of the Personal creative workshop “Sintez-S” of National Union Architecture of Ukraine.
From 1995 to 1998 - Director of Art gallery of the Kiev organization of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine (it is chosen on competition).
Since 2000 (to the present) – a founder and Chief editor of the “Civilization” magazine.
Specializes in field:
- forming, architectural composition and synthesis of arts;
- design of the spatial environment;
- theory and practice of dwelling;
- projection of public buildings and the town building;
- modeling of new town-planning structures - cities of XXI century.
Our development has been presented:
- 2005 - Istanbul, Turkey. The XXII World Congress of International Union of Architects (UIA) will take place. Presentation of scientific and artistic development: "The City of the Great Wall" for China.
- 2008 - ABB 2008 THE 3RD ARCHITECTURAL BIENNIAL Beijing China. Presentation of scientific and artistic development: "The City of the Great Wall" for China and a model of "Flexible City".
- 2010 - The author of model "City of 21 centuries", a major exhibitor of National pavilion of Ukraine on EXPO-2010 in Shanghai, China
